Shipley came through again for us with service & part replacement within the business day. Thank You , Thank You ! Shipley, your tech - "Ny" this time - was superb as most of your techs have been in the past and your customer service people are wonderful.” HVAC Customer Cathy & Don C. “A little over a year ago, I switched to Shipley for my electricity supplier. I live in the Philadelphia suburbs and was glad that I had this option as a PECO customer. I couldn't be happier about selecting Shipley, not only for their great rates, but their no nonsense, no gimmicks approach. There are no hidden fees or termination costs, and their Rewards Program was an added bonus. In addition, the renewal process was easy, and the new rate was still far better than what PECO was offering. I am so impressed with the integrity of this company!” Electricity Customer George S. "Very knowledgeable and affordable when they came to my house to service my AC unit. Customer Service was great as well. Since having my AC serviced, I've signed up for them to supply natural gas and electricity to my house. It was a smooth transition and the customer care team was able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend!" Natural Gas & Electricity Customer Kenneth P. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### How will I know if I've won?
